Salary Range: $62,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Supervise and train production line personnel, fostering a high-performance team.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to meet company standards.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety.
• Optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality control to resolve production issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
• Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Certification in a relevant field (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP).
• Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish.
