Salary Range: $41,000 - $66,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage equipment and materials for production runs.
• Calibrate and adjust machinery to meet specified production parameters.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Document setup processes and maintain accurate setup records.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize setup procedures.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during equipment setup and operation.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and system navigation
