Salary Range: $81,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance strategies.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recurring issues.
• Optimize maintenance procedures and schedules to improve equipment uptime and reduce costs.
• Utilize data analysis to identify trends, predict failures, and recommend reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design for reliability and maintenance considerations.
• Manage and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) data integrity.
• Provide technical expertise and training to maintenance technicians and operational staff.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focused on reliability engineering or maintenance.
• Proven experience utilizing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and other problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong understanding and application of Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems beyond basic data entry (e.g., system configuration, report generation, advanced analytics).
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) certification.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for presenting reliability insights.
