Salary Range: $56,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of robotic systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and software issues in robotic cells.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new robotic equipment.
- Develop and optimize robot programs for manufacturing processes.
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and system performance.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience with industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for robotic systems, PLCs, and associated automation.
- Experience with robot programming and teach pendant operations.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for inspection and guidance.
- Familiarity with a variety of robot programming languages beyond teach pendant (e.g., Python, C++).
- PLC programming experience (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) for integrated system control.
- Certification in a specific robotic platform (e.g., FANUC CERT, KUKA College).
- Experience with collaborative robots (cobots) and their safety implementation.
