Salary Range: $41,000 - $66,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain a variety of manufacturing equipment.
• Perform mechanical and electrical setups, adjustments, and changeovers according to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment malfunctions and process issues.
• Conduct quality checks and verify product conformance to established standards.
• Document setup parameters, equipment performance, and maintenance activities accurately.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize setup processes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and machine interface
