Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Operations Specialist to join our dynamic technical team. Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to ecommerce operations and fulfillment systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical tickets escalated from various departments, maintaining detailed records of actions taken and solutions provided.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and enhance system performance.
  • Writing technical reports summarizing technical issues and resolutions
  • Triaging and escalating software bugs to the relevant teams
  • Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems, features, and integrations related to ecommerce fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in technical support roles within a retail or ecommerce environment.
  • Basic knowledge of systems, APIs, and integrations, with the ability to understand and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
