Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain a clean work area.
  • Complete equipment maintenance checks and uphold company quality standards.
  • Perform machining operations per specifications and documented procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment and monitor operations for non-conformances.
  • Inspect parts for accuracy and quality, utilizing various machines and techniques.
  • Assist with machining problems and set up proven jobs on CNC equipment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of machine shop experience.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in English reading and writing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and CNC machine code preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Conventional machining experience is a plus.
  • Strong CNC Lathe skills preferred.
