1. Use of Automated Technology The Offer Club LLC uses automated decision-making technology provided by our recruitment platform, Manatal, to assist in evaluating and ranking job applications. This technology processes the personal information you provide (such as your resume, skills, and work history) to generate a Match Score or Rank based on the specific requirements of the job description.

2. How the Technology Works The system utilizes machine learning algorithms to compare your professional profile against key criteria (e.g., years of experience, specific software proficiencies, and educational background).

Input: Your resume, cover letter, and application responses.

Output: A numerical score or recommendation status used by our recruiters to prioritize candidate reviews.

Human Involvement: This technology is used as a tool to assist our recruiters; final hiring decisions are always made by a human member of The Offer Club team.

3. Your Right to Opt-Out Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to opt-out of the use of ADMT in the evaluation of your application.

How to Opt-Out: To request that your application be reviewed manually without the assistance of automated scoring, please email us at admin@offerclubpartners.com with the subject line "ADMT Opt-Out Request."

Outcome of Opting Out: If you opt-out, your application will be processed through our standard manual review pipeline. Opting out will not negatively impact your candidacy, though it may result in a longer initial review period.
