For Rabobank Utrecht, we are looking for a Product Manager Treasury Murex:

Must: Murex knowledge: at least Front-Office Modules, Senior, knowledge of financial products;

Technical knowledge (Azure,Devops, Git, Pipelines)

Treasury experience! ;

Pré: experience in migrations;

Skills: both technically skilled AND with good communications skills, analytical.

As Product Manager Treasury Murex you will be the key contact for global Rabobank Treasury staff in regards to the so called Front to Back to Risk Murex platform and its functionalities.

You and your job

Global Treasury is often referred to as the bank within the Bank. Treasury utilizes a variety of in-house built and vendor applications to execute daily activities and achieve strategic business objectives. One of their key tools is the strategic vendor application, Murex. We are looking for a Product Manager Treasury Murex who will support, manage and represent the Global Treasury Front Office staff within the Treasury area, one of the areas within the Markets and Treasury Tribe.

Follow up and monitor the backlog for Treasury

Implementation of automation of trade life cycle from interface

Managing migrations such as book move, or index transitions for internal trades

Top 3 responsibilities

1. Support and representation: You will support and represent Treasury staff (front office) in their business change and migration requests, and provide 1st Line Business Support when needed;

2. Collaboration and analysis: Work closely with the Treasury Global desks, understanding their needs and translating them into Murex requirements and functionalities. You will guide and coordinate testing with Treasury stakeholders for each Murex release, collaborating with different squad members;

3. Solution identification: Identify solutions with other Murex experts to enhance the Murex system and user satisfaction.

Together with your colleagues in the Treasury Area and the Murex Foundation Services area, you will support and continuously improve the Murex platform and its services using an agile way of working. In a constantly changing environment, you will play a central role by providing hands-on business support, analyzing requirements and PBIs, translating them, and implementing them in Murex.

In addition to your Murex activities, colleagues in other areas are working on the next phases of the 'Front-to-Back-to-Risk program'. This program aims to replace several existing legacy systems with Murex while you continue to enhance Murex functionality and performance for the Treasury domain.

Main Challenges

Your role involves managing various interests and stakeholders across Rabobanks branches, meeting regulatory requirements, and optimizing cost efficiency while keeping solutions robust and simple. You will align with Front Office, Operations, Compliance, Architecture, and Technology stakeholders in your daily work. Through effective communication and stakeholder management, you will help these stakeholders understand each others perspectives and support each other in achieving results.

You and your talent

Hands-on experience with Murex 3.1 and its configuration;

Technical and functional skills regarding the Murex platform for Treasury FO modules, like E-Tradepad, Simulation, Livebook, Market Data, and Pre-Trade Workflow;

GOM and Murex Post-trade workflow knowledge are considered a plus;

Analytical and support skills on how to support Treasury Murex users: investigation of unexpected positions, trade capture, interface support, fixing procedures, cash rollovers, etc;

Extensive knowledge of Treasury and their products such as bonds, repos, money market instruments, and FX products;

Knowledge on GIT and & CICD pipelines;

Azure Dev Ops knowledge;

Experience with working in an Agile/Scrum IT environment;

Ideally have experience in Murex (Greenfield) implementations;

Analyze user and business requirements, construct user stories and backlog items to be prioritized and developed in Murex system solution(s);

Investigate, and propose solutions on functional (and technical) issues raised;

Facilitate knowledge hand over to team members in case relevant;

Educate and train Treasury staff on the Murex functionalities;

Proactively participate and work together with the relevant squad(s) within the Treasury Area and the M&T tribe;

Have very good planning and communication skills and know how to manage expectations of your senior stakeholders;

Are fluent in written and spoken English We would like to receive a motivation showing the required competencies.

Additional information:

All departments are working hybrid, in terms of Rabobank @anywhere policy;
