Title: Chief Executive Officer

Location: Farmingdale, NY (Long Island)

Compensation:

  • $250,000 - $300,000/yr Base Salary
  • Target Annual Bonus 40% - 60% of Base
  • Equity upside in the low 7-figure range with potential for more depending on business performance

We are looking for a hard-working, initiative-driven leader eager to lead a $13m / year business to achieve Strategic Objectives.

Overall, you will develop the organization, culture, systems, and processes to drive success.

More specifically, we are looking for a leader who will perform the following tasks -

  2. Ensure execution of the strategic plan
  3. Establish a system/process to optimize our people, processes, and execution
  4. Lead by example and motivate employees
  5. Create a high-performing culture
  6. Encourage employee engagement
  7. Establish and develop a high-performing managerial team
  8. Drive growth
  1. Maintain contact and build trusting relationships with clients, key vendors and stakeholders
  2. Demonstrated success in implementing systems
  1. Oversee all operations and business activities
  2. Enforce adherence to legal guidelines, company policies and business ethics
  3. Review financial and non-financial reports
  4. Analyze problematic situations and suggest solutions
  5. Keep abreast of the markets and industry trends
  6. Commit to continued professional development

Professional Qualifications

  1. Minimum 7 years of experience in operational leadership roles
  2. A successful track record of P&L ownership with demonstrated results
  3. Experience in developing, planning and executing successful strategies
  4. Experience successfully leading teams in high-growth environments
  1. A record of driving operational excellence that improved the financial performance of past companies
  2. Familiarity with various business functions such as marketing, sales, finance, HR etc.
  3. Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
