Position: Floor Supervisor Team Manager

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses (including accommodation)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
• Manage and support staff in line with organizational policies and procedures, including supervision, attendance, performance, and employee relations.
• Foster effective teamwork through clear communication and regular team meetings.
• Identify individual and team learning needs and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address them.
• Contribute to learning and development initiatives to support organizational goals and performance targets.
• Ensure services and operations are delivered in line with company values, policies, procedures, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Supervise, organize, and monitor team activities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with other managers and departments to support smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; further education or management-related qualifications are an advantage.
• Previous industry-related experience is desirable but not essential.
• Proficiency in using PC applications (e.g., Office 365 or equivalent tools).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues effectively.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
