Malay Speaker FX Sales Conversion Agent - Forex & Sales Experience REQUIRED!

Position: FX Sales Conversion Agent (Malay)

Location: UAE, Dubai

Employment type: Full-time
$2,500 – $3,000/month + generous commission

All roles include flight ticket to Dubai, 1 month accommodation upon arrival, work visa, and generous commission structure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote the company's Forex and CFD products and services to prospective clients
• Convert high-quality leads into active trading clients through consultative sales techniques
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Maximise client conversion and identify opportunities for future sales
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the client journey
• Stay up to date with financial markets, trading products, and industry developments
• Meet individual sales targets and KPIs while maintaining compliance with company standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent Malay, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in the Forex & CFD industry is mandatory
• Previous experience in a Conversion or Retention sales role within Forex/CFD
• Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Computer literate with good knowledge of standard office applications
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience working with CRM systems and trading platforms
• Knowledge of global financial markets and online trading products
