German Speaker Customer Service Representative (remote in Czechia)

Work model: Remote (anywhere in Czech Republic after training)
Employment type: Full-time (part-time option after 6 months)

What youll be doing

• Be the friendly voice helping airline customers in German & English

• Assist with reservations, cancellations, check-ins, and travel guidance

• Log conversations in our system (yes, every detail counts ️)

• Deliver quick, kind, and high-quality support while meeting KPIs

What were looking for

• Fluent German (C1+) & English (B2+) written and spoken

• Already in Czech Republic (or ready to relocate ️)

• Good computer skills and a fast, stable wired internet connection (16/10 Mbps)

• Optimistic, stress-resilient, service-oriented personality

• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights

• Available to work on-site during the initial training period
