Were looking for a Swedish-speaking Quality Analyst to ensure top-quality service delivery for one of our key projects in Lisbon!

Role
Youll support continuous improvement by monitoring service quality and promoting best practices within the team.

Responsibilities

• Review customer interactions and identify improvement areas

• Share constructive feedback with team members

• Prepare and analyze performance reports

• Collaborate with trainers and supervisors

• Support compliance and quality audits

Requirements

• Fluent/native Swedish, good English (B2+)

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Communication and feedback delivery ability

• QA or support experience preferred

Conditions

• Work from office with transport support

• Base salary 1650 + 9.13 meal allowance/day

• Health insurance from Day 1

• MondayFriday, 9AM6PM
