Your Role

As a German-Speaking Customer Support Advisor, you will deliver outstanding service to the customers of a top Swiss telecom provider, analyzing inquiries while identifying sales opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer support via inbound calls.
  • Analyze and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Provide clear information on administrative and technical topics (products, billing, etc.).
  • Perform accurate data updates in internal systems.
  • Escalate complex issues or calls to appropriate departments when necessary.

Work Schedule & Location

  • Shift Options: Flexible 8-hour, 6-hour, and 4-hour shifts on a Monday to Sunday schedule (rotating between 09:00 and 22:00).*
  • Location: Modern office located in Mega Park, Sofia.
  • Hybrid Flexibility: Fully office-based during the onboarding and first months. A hybrid work option (2 days remote, 3 days office-based) is available after 4 months, based on KPI performance.

*Note: Potential future late shift until 01:00 (not yet confirmed).
