Work Environment & Schedule

• Accounts: Norwegian speakers often support major global client accounts—such as Beko appliances or leading global retail brands

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer support via inbound calls.
• Analyze and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Provide clear information on administrative and technical topics (products, billing, etc.).
• Perform accurate data updates in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues or calls to appropriate departments when necessary.
