Dutch speaking Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team in Bulgaria! In this role, you will provide high-quality support to our customers, ensuring an exceptional service experience.

• Work Model: On-site in Bulgaria (potential for hybrid work after 2 months based on performance)

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:30 - 18:00

• Salary: €2,045 gross per month + €100 performance bonus

• Relocation: Full relocation support package provided (also open to candidates relocating within Bulgaria)

Key Requirements:

• Dutch: C1 level (close to native) proficiency

• English: B2 level proficiency

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
