Working Hours: Rotational shifts between:
Monday to Saturday: 09:00 a.m. 11:00 p.m.
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m.
Role Overview
We are seeking a service-driven and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to support Slovenian-speaking customers for a premium lifestyle and consumer brand. Our client is is a global company selling cigarettes, cigars, smokeless tobacco, and next-generation products like heated tobacco and e-cigarettes. It owns well-known brands. The company places a strong emphasis on compliance, responsible marketing, and adult-only product support.
Youll be based on-site in Sofia and deliver personalized support for digital products and services, ensuring a high-quality customer experience in a regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer requests via phone, chat, and email in Slovenian
Assist with account management, product guidance, order status, and device troubleshooting
Ensure compliance with brand and industry standards, including strict age-verification policies
Record all interactions accurately in English in internal CRM systems
Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions or escalate as needed
Stay up to date on product updates, promotions, and support procedures
Work flexibly across rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
Ideal Candidate Profile
Native or C2-level fluency in Swedish
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Strong customer service and communication skills
Confident using digital tools and supporting electronic devices
Previous experience in customer support, retail, or consumer goods is a plus
Detail-oriented, professional, and empathetic in customer interactions
