In this role, you will support users of a major global travel and accommodation platform, ensuring seamless booking experiences and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking users via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues with empathy, efficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and build long-term customer trust.

Requirements:

  • Native or professional fluency in Danish with strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer support, tourism, or hospitality is highly valued but not mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
