Job Description: Are you a natural problem-solver who loves helping others? We are seeking a native or near-native Danish speaker to join our international customer experience team in the vibrant city of Barcelona. In this role, you will support users of a major global travel and accommodation platform, ensuring seamless booking experiences and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking users via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Troubleshoot customer issues with empathy, efficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and build long-term customer trust.
Requirements:
- Native or professional fluency in Danish with strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer support, tourism, or hospitality is highly valued but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and navigate multiple digital tools simultaneously.
