Position: Customer Service Representative with German
Location: Hybrid, Qormi, Malta (office)

Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all clients receive timely and professional support.
- Manage and respond to incoming requests through multiple communication channels, including email, phone, and live chat.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party service providers to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Support internal departments with investigations or verifications as required (e.g., compliance or fraud-related matters).
- Conduct customer account verification and ensure all documentation meets regulatory and procedural standards.
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to management to improve processes and the overall customer experience.
- Promote the organizations values, services, and products through professional communication and behavior.
- Foster strong working relationships with colleagues and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in German (C2) both verbal and written. As well as proficiency in English (B2).
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred (experience in online services or gaming is advantageous but not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international and multicultural environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies.
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
- Basic understanding of verification processes (KYC) or willingness to learn.
