DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement market strategies that align with broader regional or organizational goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive client acquisition and strengthen partner networks.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team with clear performance targets and measurable KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, affiliates, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Compliance) to launch tailored campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, including revenue growth, client activity, and partner engagement.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date management of CRM systems and reporting tools.
  • Represent the company at local events, conferences, and industry forums to enhance visibility and strengthen partnerships.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level), both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Korean will be considered a advantageous.
  • 6 + years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success in working with partner networks or affiliates in a regional or international setting.
  • Proven leadership experience managing small-to-medium commercial teams.
  • Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset with a focus on KPIs and performance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
