German Speaking Air Travel Consultant - No need experience

Position: Air Travel Consultant with German (Entry level, no experience required!)

Location: Brno, Czech Republic (on-site) or fully remote from Czech Republic

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive salary + performance bonuses & premiums after 3rd month

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers via inbound calls in German and English.
• Assist with reservations, cancellations, check-in, policies and travel guidance.
• Accurately record customer interactions in internal systems.
• Provide timely, friendly and professional solutions while meeting quality and KPI standards.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Fluent German (B2+) and English (B2+), spoken and written.
• Willingness to relocate to the Czech Republic (or already residing there).
• Strong computer literacy.
• Customer-oriented, positive, and stress-resilient personality.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
