Job Overview

  • Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site / Hybrid options available)
  • Language Required: Fluent/Native Norwegian + B2 English
  • Employment Type: Full-time (Rotational shift patterns)
  • Relocation Support: Comprehensive relocation package included (Accommodation, flights, administrative support)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer assistance to Norwegian-speaking clients via Phone, Email, and Live Chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding account setup, orders, billing, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Ensure first-contact resolution while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Document and escalate complex cases to appropriate internal teams when necessary.

What We Are Looking For

  • Language Proficiency: Native or C1/C2 level in Norwegian, plus strong command of English (B2+).
  • Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Mindset: Customer-first attitude with strong attention to detail and empathy.
  • Eligibility: EU/EEA citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
  • (Previous experience in customer care or technical support is a plus, but paid training is provided!)
