Are you a results-driven sales professional with fluent German? We're looking for a B2B Sales Representative to join a premier FinTech project in Bulgaria, driving business growth across German-speaking markets.

Key Details

• Location: Fully Remote (Must be currently living in Bulgaria)
• Start Date: September 1st
• Base Salary: €1,942.92 gross/month + performance bonuses up to 200%
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 19:00

What You'll Do

• Conduct outbound sales targeting German-speaking SME clients.
• Upsell high-impact payment and FinTech solutions.
• Work with an existing client database (no cold sourcing required).
• Manage your pipeline efficiently using CRM tools to consistently hit revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

• Languages: Native/fluent German + strong English (C1).
• Experience: Proven track record in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, and pipeline management.
• Skills: Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and CRM discipline.
• Location: Candidates must already reside in Bulgaria (No visa sponsorship or relocation support provided).
