Dutch Speaker Recruiter (First 3 months on-site)

Key Job Details

• Location: Lisbon or Porto, Portugal
• Contract: 6-month contract (ASAP start)
• Work Model: First 3 months on-site (transitioning to hybrid depending on policy)
• Compensation: €1,450 gross/month (paid 14 times per year) + €7.63/day meal allowance
• Benefits: Private health insurance from Day 1

Relocation Package

• Relocation support provided for international candidates, including shared accommodation for up to 12 months.

Requirements

• Languages: Fluency in Dutch (native or C1/C2) and proficiency in English.
• Experience: Previous end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Availability: Ready to start immediately or on short notice.
