What youll be doing

Be the friendly voice helping airline customers in German & English

Assist with reservations, cancellations, check-ins, and travel guidance

Log conversations in our system (yes, every detail counts ️)

Deliver quick, kind, and high-quality support while meeting KPIs
What were looking for

Fluent German (B2+) & English (B2+) written and spoken
-
Already in Czech Republic (or ready to relocate ️)

Good computer skills and a fast, stable wired internet connection (16/10 Mbps)

Optimistic, stress-resilient, service-oriented personality

Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights

Available to work on-site during the initial training period
