    • Responsibilities

      • Achieve quarterly targets and meet daily/weekly activity goals in terms of outreach volume and meetings booked.
      • Manage assigned SMB accounts to identify high-potential advertisers and generate qualified meetings for the Partner Manager team.
      • Execute daily outbound calls and emails, including cold outreach, to marketing decision-makers and business owners, quickly building rapport and assessing their advertising needs.
      • Qualify prospects by identifying their business goals, marketing challenges, and readiness to invest in digital advertising.
      • Clearly communicate our Client's value proposition to prospective SMB clients, generating interest and curiosity ahead of the Partner Manager's pitch.
      • Collaborate closely with Partner Managers to ensure a smooth and informed handover, sharing relevant insights about the prospect's needs and objectives.
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in Salesforce, including leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities.
      • Work toward individual and team KPIs related to productivity, conversion, meetings booked, and pipeline development.
      • Document customer insights and deal details in Salesforce to ensure clarity for all stakeholders.

      Requirements

      • C2 level of Dutch and C1 level of English (written and spoken).
      • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
      • Proven ability to engage and qualify prospects through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
      • Consistent success working toward quotas in a professional, phone‑based sales environment.
      • Demonstrated experience in managing a large account portfolio and booking qualified meetings.
      • Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to identify key decision‑makers.
      • Resilient, goal-driven, self-motivated, and persistent in achieving objectives.
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to spark interest and convey value in a concise and compelling way.
