Role
Youll monitor customer interactions, uphold service standards, and guide improvements to ensure excellence in performance.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer communication for quality and accuracy

  • Provide coaching and performance support

  • Identify recurring issues and propose solutions

  • Collaborate with operational teams for alignment

  • Document evaluations and insights

Requirements

  • Native/fluent Norwegian, strong English (B2+)

  • Excellent listening and analytical skills

  • Strong sense of ownership and initiative

  • Previous QA or BPO experience desirable
