German Speaking Air Travel Consultant

Position: Air Travel Consultant with German

Work model: On-site in Brno

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be a primary contact for customers of the airlines via incoming phone calls in German and English
• Assist the customers with their reservations, cancellations, online check-in, guidance in terms and policies, and more
• Register details of your conversations in a dedicated system
• Provide timely and friendly resolution to customers' enquiries while maintaining a high level of speed and quality to meet standard KPIs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent German (B2) and fluent English (B2) language, both verbal and written
• Willingness to relocate to Czech Republic or already residing there
• Good computer skills
• Optimistic, friendly, positive, stress-resilient personality, service-oriented profile
• Ability to work in shifts, also night shifts, in a fast-paced environment.
