Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: €2,200/month gross

Welcome Bonus: €1,500 gross

• €750 after 3 months
• €750 after 6 months
• (Available to all candidates; no resignation required)

Fixed Bonus: Available for local candidates

Relocation Package (for relocating candidates)

• €1,500 gross relocation bonus (paid in 2 installments)
• 21 days of company-provided accommodation
• Housing support and guidance for long-term arrangements
