FX Sales Conversion Agent (Korean Speaker) - Dubai Office

Looking to take your career to the next level in the heart of Dubai? We are looking for a Korean-speaking FX Sales Conversion Agent to join our rapidly growing, international Forex & CFD broker.

PLEASE NOTE: Previous experience in the Forex/CFD industry AND a proven track record in Conversion/Retention Sales are MANDATORY for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Convert high-quality leads into active trading clients through consultative sales techniques.
• Promote the company's Forex and CFD products and services to prospective Korean-speaking clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Maximize client conversion and identify opportunities for future sales.
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the client journey.
• Meet individual sales targets and KPIs while maintaining compliance with company standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Language: Native or fluent Korean (both written and spoken).
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Forex & CFD industry is MANDATORY.
• Sales Experience: Proven experience in a Conversion or Retention sales role within Forex/CFD is REQUIRED.
• Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Mindset: Target-driven, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy: Experience working with CRM systems, trading platforms, and standard office applications.
• Relocation: Willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
