Role Overview:

As a Customer Support, you will be the main point of contact for individuals throughout the home application process. You will provide assistance, answer questions, review application details, and help ensure a seamless and positive experience for every applicant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous and professional support through phone, email, and live chat channels
• Guide applicants through the home application process, including requirements and necessary documentation
• Review application information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Address customer inquiries effectively and offer clear guidance and solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within internal systems
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues according to established procedures
• Work closely with internal departments to support efficient application processing
• Achieve service quality targets and response-time objectives
• Stay informed about project updates, company policies, and industry standards

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Finnish (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
