The Role: Sales Executive
As the Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for taking a new software product to market, identifying key opportunities, and driving consistent revenue growth. You'll play a central role in positioning the company's platform as a trusted enterprise solution, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring a strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for enterprise software.
- Generate and convert high-quality leads across multiple industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients in government, finance, and the private sector.
- Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate pipeline and sales reporting.
- Lead product presentations, negotiations, and partnership development.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
About You
- 5+ years of B2B software sales experience (FinTech, SaaS, or call center tech preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (Bitrix preferred).
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
