The Role: Field Sales Agent (Lead Generation)
As a Field Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and qualifying opportunities within assigned areas. This role is ideal for an outgoing, confident communicator who thrives in a results-oriented, face-to-face sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new sales leads through door-to-door and event-based outreach.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.

• Present product benefits clearly and confidently to potential customers.

• Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

• Ensure accurate reporting and communication with the internal team.

• Uphold the company values of professionalism, honesty, and accountability in all interactions.

About You

• Matric certificate or higher qualification.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in field sales, promotions, or customer engagement preferred.

• Outgoing, energetic, and persuasive personality.

• Motivated, self-disciplined, and goal-driven.

• Excellent communication and people skills.

• Must have a reliable car and a valid driver's licence (R2,000 allowance provided).

• Confident using a tablet and basic digital tools for reporting and communication.
