Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales, Marketing, Account, and Operations Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations, staff, and commercial growth of a busy recruitment office. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in sales strategy, marketing management, account relationship development, and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue, managing client relationships, ensuring team productivity, and executing marketing initiatives to support business growth.

Must have worked for an e-commerce platform in a management role.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the recruitment and sales teams to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing business accounts.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's footprint.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and revenue forecasts.
  • Negotiate client agreements and ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment solutions.

Marketing & Brand Management

  • Oversee all marketing staff.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a consistent brand identity.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.

Account Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication, follow-ups, and problem resolution.
  • Manage client renewals, proposals, and presentations.
  • Oversee invoicing, contract management, and client documentation.

Operations & Staff Management

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments.
  • Supervise and develop all in-office staff, including recruiters, administrators, and marketing personnel.
  • Establish clear KPIs and ensure accountability across teams.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and ethical recruitment practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations management, preferably within the recruitment, HR, or professional services industry.
  • Must have a Degree.
  • Must have worked for an e-commerce platform.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to strategize and execute plans effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing tools.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, performance-driven individual with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
