The Role: Marketing Specialist
As a Marketing Specialist, youll take full ownership of end-to-end marketing initiatives across digital platforms. The role blends creative design, content creation, CRM management, and campaign strategy in a fast-paced, international environment. Youll have the chance to drive campaigns from idea to execution, ensuring brand consistency and measurable impact across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a versatile skill set

  • Shape and execute multi-channel campaigns, from concept and copy to design, scheduling, and reporting

  • Manage website updates, UX enhancements, and digital content for consistency and impact

  • Design and direct visual assets for digital channels, including overseeing video editing

  • Build and optimise web pages (WordPress or similar) with attention to usability and brand standards

  • Manage CRM-driven campaigns (email and SMS), including copywriting, template design, workflows, and troubleshooting

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics, and suggest data-driven improvements

About You

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing

  • Proficient in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), Adobe Creative Suite (or similar), and CRM/automation tools

  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder liaison skills

  • Comfortable working across design, content, CRM, and technical problem-solving

  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and analytics (nice-to-have)

  • Basic HTML/CSS skills for quick web edits (nice-to-have)

  • Creative, adaptable, and results-driven with a strong eye for detail
