Regional Sales Manager – Equipment & Container Solutions

- Salary: R65 000 to R75 000 depending on experience

You'll be stepping into a fast-paced commercial environment where operational discipline meets entrepreneurial thinking. You'll need to guide your team, win new business, nurture key accounts, and roll up your sleeves to make sure the back-end ticks over without a hitch.
What You'll Own
- Drive regional sales and rental performance through bold, proactive leadership
- Manage key accounts while spotting and chasing new business opportunities
- Oversee quotations, invoicing, credit applications, and paperwork like a pro
- Lead from the front build, coach, and support your team across rentals and sales
- Be the go-to liaison for internal ops, finance, and delivery coordination
- Keep your finger on the pulse: debt collection, order tracking, and client comms
- Make things happen. Fast.
What You Bring
- 5+ years experience leading sales and operations teams (bonus if its in B2B rental/sales environments)
- A commercial degree (BCom, MBA, or equivalent) is a strong advantage
- Strong business and financial acumen, comfortable with margins, targets, and numbers
- A track record of people leadership, you're someone teams want to follow
- Problem-solver. Juggler. Mediator. Motivator. Youve done it all and stayed cool under pressure
- Hands-on experience with sales systems, credit vetting, and commercial logistics
- Industry experience is great but killer sales instinct and team leadership count more
