The Role: Business Development Consultant – Dutch Speaking (Inbound Sales)

As part of the inbound sales team, you'll focus on converting qualified leads into new salon and wellness partners across Dutch-speaking markets. You'll guide prospects through the buying journey — understanding their needs, demonstrating the value of the platform, and ensuring a smooth handover into onboarding. This is a target-driven B2B role suited to a confident, consultative salesperson who thrives on building relationships and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bring 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or tech
  • Engage and convert inbound leads from Dutch-speaking markets
  • Qualify prospects and tailor sales approach to their business needs
  • Host compelling virtual product demos that drive interest and conversion
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification through to deal close and early onboarding
  • Maintain a high-performing sales pipeline using Salesforce and related tools
  • Collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure seamless handover
  • Meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with product and commercial teams

About You

  • Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of converting leads and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using Salesforce, Slack, Google Sheets, and MS Office
  • Organised and efficient, with strong pipeline and time management

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the beauty, wellness, or personal care sectors
  • Familiarity with European markets and customer expectations
  • Interest in SaaS, e-commerce, or digital tools for small businesses
