The Role: Retail Floor Leader
The Retail Floor Leader is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activity on the sales floor, ensuring a smooth and engaging customer journey. This role plays a key part in guiding the floor team, supporting customers directly, and maintaining high standards across visual merchandising and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the floor team during retail shifts to ensure consistent customer service

• Monitor floor coverage and ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently

• Maintain visual merchandising standards across all in-store displays

• Engage directly with customers to enhance their overall building and shopping experience

• Coordinate stock replenishment to ensure the sales floor is always well prepared

About You

• Previous experience in a retail leadership or key-holder role

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Well organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment

• Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and supportive team presence
