The Role: Assistant Store Manager
As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll help lead daily store operations, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving team performance. You'll support the Store Manager in coaching the team, maintaining high visual standards, and ensuring operational efficiency throughout the store.
Key Responsibilities

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a retail leadership or supervisor role

Support the Store Manager in leading and developing the sales team

Ensure outstanding customer service is delivered consistently

Oversee floor coverage and execution of daily tasks

Assist with visual merchandising and stock replenishment

Contribute to achieving sales targets and store KPIs

Handle opening/closing duties and act as keyholder when required
About You

1–2 years of retail leadership or key-holder experience

Strong people management and communication skills

Passionate about customer service and interactive retail environments

Well-organized, energetic, and adaptable to changing priorities

Committed to working flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays
