  • Build and send email marketing campaigns via HubSpot (event promos, updates, nurture flows)
  • Own and maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene across contacts, companies, deals, workflows, and reporting
  • Build and execute outbound sales sequences and lead list segmentation
  • Coordinate demo bookings, outreach follow-ups, and weekly performance tracking
  • Provide diary, agenda, and task support to senior leadership (CEO, Engagement Director)

About You

  • 2+ years experience using HubSpot (Sales Hub essential)
  • Skilled in email marketing and social media content creation
  • Excellent written English for a professional/educational audience
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable multitasking and managing shifting priorities independently
  • Desirable: experience in EdTech, SaaS, education, or customer success
  • Desirable: understanding of B2B sales funnels and leadership support
  • This fully remote role (UK hours) offers clear ownership, cross-functional exposure, and a chance to grow with a mission-driven business.
