Stock & Courier Controller -  Klapmuts, Cape Town - Salary: R15 000 to R17 000

We are looking for a detail-driven Stock & Courier Controller to take ownership of stock accuracy across warehouses, couriers, and sales channels. This role ensures consistent, reconciled stock flow from warehouse to customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Full stock control across all locations and channels
• Daily/weekly stock reconciliations (physical vs system stock)
• Managing system stock transfers
• Controlling courier stock to areas, including tracking and returns
• Liaising with couriers and coordinating collections and deliveries
• Accurate capturing of stock movements on Sage Intacct
• Monitoring PODs, returns, and resolving stock variances
• Ongoing communication with Sales regarding stock availability
• Invoicing and reconciliations linked to stock movements

Requirements

• Matric (tertiary qualification advantageous)
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills
• Sage Intacct experience (or willingness to learn)
• Solid understanding of stock control principles
• Exposure to online sales platforms is beneficial
• Own reliable transport essential
