Stock Control and invoicing Clerk -  Klapmuts, Cape Town - Salary: R15 000 to R17 000

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Stock and Invoicing clerk to join our team. This is a dynamic role covering a variety of functions across invoicing, logistics, stock, and POS/promo management.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Booking trucks/couriers & scheduling driver routes
• Managing POS/promo items stock, movements & sourcing
• Warehouse stock reconciliations & order checks
• Customer invoicing, reconciliations, claims & queries

Requirements:

• Matric (tertiary education is an advantage)
• Strong Excel & Outlook skills
• Sage Intact experience (or willingness to learn)
• Exposure to online sales portals (Takealot, Yuppiechef, Shoprite, etc.) is beneficial
• Own reliable transport is essential
