The Role: Senior Electronics Engineer
You will lead the design and validation of embedded electronic systems for advanced tracking technologies used in global sports. This is a hands-on role focused on developing low-power, high-performance hardware while guiding junior engineers and collaborating across disciplines to deliver robust, scalable, and manufacturable products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design and validation of digital and analog circuits for embedded systems.

  • Manage the full hardware development lifecycle from concept to production.

  • Collaborate with mechanical, RF, and software teams to ensure seamless integration.

  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design reviews.

  • Apply design-for-manufacturing (DfM) principles and ensure compliance standards are met.

  • Liaise with suppliers and oversee prototype and production builds.

  • Conduct comprehensive lab and live-field testing of prototypes.

About You

  • Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.

  • 5+ years of experience in electronics design for embedded systems.

  • Proficient in schematic design and PCB layout (Altium preferred).

  • Strong understanding of communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, USB).

  • Skilled in debugging and electronic circuit analysis.

  • Proven experience taking designs from concept through to production.

  • Advantageous: experience with RF, GNSS, Bluetooth, or UWB; CE/FCC certification; EMI mitigation and power optimization knowledge.
