The Role: Store Assistant Manager
This role is responsible for leading overall store operations while driving sales performance, productivity, and team engagement. The Store Assistant Manager plays a key role in ensuring targets are met, daily operations run smoothly, and the store environment remains positive, energetic, and performance-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily store operations to ensure productivity and efficiency
• Implement strategies to achieve sales and performance targets
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
• Manage, motivate, and lead team members by example
• Foster a positive, accountable, and energetic working environment
• Ensure operational processes and systems are consistently followed

• Proven experience in a store assistant management role within a retail environment
• Strong ability to drive sales, performance, and team productivity
• Confident people leader with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
• Organised and operationally focused with strong attention to detail
