A growing, dynamic business looking for a hands-on HR professional to bring structure to our non-corporate, fast-paced environment. We need a "people person" who thrives on autonomy and can implement essential systems without stifling our unique, creative culture.

Requirments:

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources 
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Sage HR & Payroll advantageous or similar
• Labour Law Expertise: BCEA, LRA, and EEA
• Policy Development

The Role

You will own the HR function, balancing compliance with a practical, solution-driven approach. Key responsibilities include:

• Compliance: Managing diverse employment contracts and developing HR policies.
• Employee Relations: Handling conflict resolution, performance processes, and leave.
• Growth: Creating job descriptions, supporting training, and managing skills development.
• Administration: Handling payroll inputs and Employment Equity reporting.
• Ideal Candidate
• Proven HR Generalist experience in an unconventional or SME setting.
• In-depth knowledge of SA Labour Law.
• Approachable, adaptable, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
