The Role: Contract Sales Representative
This role focuses on driving contract sales across multiple branches, growing the service portfolio, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will play a key part in securing new service agreements, managing renewals, and ensuring client satisfaction while working closely with operations and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and secure new service contract opportunities

  • Manage and grow the existing service portfolio across assigned regions

  • Conduct customer visits to strengthen relationships and gain insights into service needs

  • Prepare, present, and negotiate service contract proposals

  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure service delivery aligns with contractual terms

  • Monitor contract performance, renewals, risks, and opportunities

  • Maintain accurate records of offers, renewals, and contract statuses

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in the contract sales process

  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and compliance standards

About You

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B sales or contract sales environment

  • Proven ability to close deals and grow a service-based portfolio

  • Experience in commercial or technical industries preferred

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally as needed
