The Role: Contract Sales Representative
This role focuses on driving contract sales across multiple branches, growing the service portfolio, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will play a key part in securing new service agreements, managing renewals, and ensuring client satisfaction while working closely with operations and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively source and secure new service contract opportunities

Manage and grow the existing service portfolio across assigned regions

Conduct customer visits to strengthen relationships and gain insights into service needs

Prepare, present, and negotiate service contract proposals

Collaborate with operational teams to ensure service delivery aligns with contractual terms

Monitor contract performance, renewals, risks, and opportunities

Maintain accurate records of offers, renewals, and contract statuses

Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

Support continuous improvement initiatives in the contract sales process

Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and compliance standards
About You

Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B sales or contract sales environment

Proven ability to close deals and grow a service-based portfolio

Experience in commercial or technical industries preferred

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally as needed
