About the job Digital Marketing, Community Manager & AI Growth Lead

Role: Part-Time Digital Marketing, Community Manager & AI Growth Lead

Purpose:
Build, experiment, and disrupt. This role exists to create digital momentum by defining and executing a LinkedIn-led growth strategy, designing boundary-pushing campaigns and video content using AI, and building a magnetic community around a mission that matters.

This is a builder role for someone who wants to create and disrupt — not follow the crowd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute a bold LinkedIn growth and lead generation strategy
  • Build a distinctive, non-conformist brand presence
  • Create AI-powered campaigns and LinkedIn-first video content
  • Design and run innovative, high-impact community events
  • Build, engage, and manage a purpose-led digital community
  • Collaborate with in-house design to scale creative output
  • Brief and manage external design and production partners
  • Oversee all creative assets and manage member/client gifting
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize LinkedIn performance metrics
  • Test, learn, iterate — and challenge whats not working

Requirements:

  • High-energy, self-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
  • Creative, curious, and a natural boundary-pusher
  • AI-literate with a bias for experimentation
  • An innovator who builds rather than waits for direction
  • Purpose-driven and motivated by meaningful impact
  • A great copywriter with a strong sense of voice and tone

Why this opportunity stands out:

  • R30,000/month for a flexible, part-time commitment (2–3 days/week)
  • High-impact, high-autonomy work where youll shape the brand from the ground up
  • Collaborate with a sharp, purpose-led team across Africa and beyond
  • Low red tape, high trust — if youre results-driven, youll thrive
  • Work on meaningful initiatives at the intersection of AI, behavioral science, and social change
  • Fully remote and outcome-based — your value is measured by what you create, not the hours you sit online
