Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) B2B Sales

Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a consultative approach to selling. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within assigned territories or sectors.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Present, pitch, and demonstrate Talk UKs products and services to potential clients.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential growth areas.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM records.

  • Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, IT, or technology solutions.

  • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling techniques.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred (not mandatory).

  • Relevant industry certifications an advantage.
