Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a consultative approach to selling. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within assigned territories or sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Present, pitch, and demonstrate Talk UKs products and services to potential clients.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential growth areas.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM records.

Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings as required.
Required Skills & Experience:

Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, IT, or technology solutions.

Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling techniques.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred (not mandatory).
