Basic R25,000 + uncapped commission
Full-time, in-office, Cape Town
Markets: UK, US, Australia & Europe clients

Working Hours: UK Hours

Non-negotiable requirements

• Full 360 recruitment experience
• Bulk recruitment capability (high-volume, fast turnaround, multiple roles at once)
• Hands-on experience using both a CRM and an ATS (daily user, not exposed to)
• Comfortable in a metric-driven environment:
  • Minimum 10 interviews per day
  • Minimum 3 submissions per day
• Strong written/spoken English (client-ready for UK/US/AU/EU)

What you will do.

• Work with clients on role briefs, timelines, and feedback loops
• Source at scale + manage pipelines across multiple open roles
• Conduct candidate interviews daily and produce solid write-ups
• Submit shortlists, coordinate client interviews, and manage offers
• Maintain clean records on the CRM + ATS
• Collaborate with the team via Slack (updates, handovers, daily pipeline rhythm)
