The Role: 360 Recruitment Consultant

This is a full 360 recruitment role focused on placing GTM professionals across multiple international regions. You will inherit a warm desk with immediate revenue opportunities, while also building your own client base. From business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across sales, revenue, and commercial roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a recruitment agency environment
  • Develop new client relationships across key international markets
  • Proactively win new business beyond existing accounts
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for GTM professionals across sales and commercial roles
  • Maintain and grow a warm desk with existing clients and live roles
  • Build long-term partnerships with hiring managers and decision-makers
  • Provide expert market advice on hiring strategy and talent trends
  • Source, assess, and deliver high-calibre candidates
  • Consistently bill and track revenue growth through placements and new accounts

About You

  • 2+ years of 360 recruitment experience in an agency environment
  • Proven success developing and supplying to new clients
  • Background in GTM, sales, or commercial recruitment preferred
  • Skilled in managing high-volume roles across multiple regions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely
  • Experience using Zoho Recruit, Apollo.io, or similar recruitment tools (preferred)
